The news concerning the coronavirus changes daily and Gleaming Insurance wants to assure all our clients that we are keeping a very close eye on developments and are in constant contact with our insurers on the matter.

The new Omicron variant is something that is being investigated, and if any of the Governments advice changes, then we will be able to update you further on this page.

Your policy covers will continue to operate, subject of course to the following.

​

The insurers would expect any business

 

  • to continue to exercise the appropriate duty of care to the public and employees when carrying out any deep cleans or work in infected or suspected infection areas.

  • to complete appropriate risk assessments and method statements for all work.

​​

  • to include the provision of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) where needed.

​​

  • to practice Social Distancing at all times.

​
